An update from the last 2 weeks

– Challis Point Subdivision – This site is starting to take shape nicely with 700m2 of asphalt to be laid this Thursday.

– Middleton Road – Construction has started on a timber retaining wall. Poles to be installed at a depth of 4m.

– Macandrew Bay – This small driveway project is coming to an end after several design related delays.

– Fairfield – Auger test holes have been drilled in preparation for a new residential development.

– Kaikorai Valley Road – Temporary works have been completed for a 12 unit development, alongside the installation of a new transformer pad.

– North East Valley – DCC Three Waters renewals are underway with a new 150 FS pipe line and a 300mm SW pipeline being installed.

– Leith River Area – Work continues on the foundations for a new townhouse development, concrete to be poured on the first pad in the next 2 weeks.
