Project Updates
Gore Twin Connecting Pipeline –
Progress is well underway with 130m of pipe installed. While rocky ground conditions briefly impacted momentum the team has adapted and is now back on track.
Challis Point Subdivision –
This project is nearing completion. The final snag list is currently being completed to wrap things up ready for a Council walk over.
Fairfield House Development –
Moving ahead smoothly with the general earthworks now complete. Profiles have been set up ready for auguring and installing 40 timber poles next week.
Kaikorai Valley Road – Retaining Wall –
Progress continues despite challenging rocky ground conditions. (No photo attached )
North East Valley – Sewer Renewals –
One of our drainage teams will establish on site monday to begin sewer renewal works up to 4m deep.
