March Retrospective

It’s been a busy couple of weeks with plenty happening across the board.

First up, a mention to Damo for competing at the CCNZ national excavator competition in Fielding . He didn’t place, but that’s not really the point, he put himself out there, gained some great experience and performed well.

Project updates –

• Blackhead Road is tracking well , the team has kept the pressure on with the 3-lot development and it’s showing in the progress being made.
• Kenmure Foul sewer renewals — the team are doing a great job and executing the plan daily with some great results.
• Prospect Bank Water renewals — The water laterals are moving through the street like a well oiled production line.

As a team we understand it’s an inputs and outputs game. The inputs are on us with our effort, planning, standards, and holding each other accountable. Get these right and the results will follow.
