Monthly Team Check-in
Another great effort from the team this week.
Tomorrow we come together as a group for our monthly toolbox talk, where we will discuss our vision and direction moving forward. As we head deeper into winter, our focus will be on strengthening our roles within the team and delivering the best we can for one another.
Teamwork, accountability, and consistency will be key as we continue to build momentum. Looking ahead to September, we will be looking to strengthen our team with experienced individuals who can add value and help us continue to grow.
