Pirates Rugby – In Remembrance of Dave Murphy

The Pirates family has lost one of its own.

This week we were saddened to hear of the passing of Dave Murphy, a proud Pirate, teammate and supporter.

Dave’s contribution to the club and wider community went far beyond the sidelines. He was someone people respected and enjoyed being around.
As a business, we send our sincere condolences to the Murphy family during this incredibly difficult time.

Tomorrow, we will join many others at the Taieri Seniors v Pirates Seniors match in Mosgiel to show our support for our team and the Murphy family. It will be a day filled with emotion, reflection, and remembrance as we honour a true Pirate.

Gone too soon, but never forgotten.
